What You’ll Do
As a Marketing and Sales Intern, you will be researching and compiling lists of prospects, emailing and calling prospects, tracking contacts with customers and prospects, responding quickly and accurately to customer inquiries, determining customer needs, placing orders, communicating order status to customers, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and obtain more orders, analyzing business data, making data sets visually appealing, drawing meaningful analysis, and making the conclusions actionable. The high achievers get a chance to attend trade shows and be flown to Minneapolis over one weekend for team building, fun, and festivities.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is eager and wants to learn how to be in the Marketing & Sales field for their future career goal. This individual should have a GO GETTER mindset and can work to a large extent independently and with remote teams. There is a daily group check via slack and end-of-day reporting. The Sales team meets remotely weekly and discusses all issues with the team and the owners. You are always up for a challenge and want to grow through hands-on experience as a Sales & Marketing Intern. This position is ideal for students and graduates and/or those who are looking to add-on more experience under their belt. You will work directly under the supervision of the owners

Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and energetic while working in a team atmosphere
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
What You’ll Receive
At the end of the internship, you will be:
Awarded a certificate after successful completion of the internship program
Receiving a $500 stipend and the potential for a $500 bonus along with a Sales commission (at the end of the internship program)
Having the opportunity to gain a full-time position based on performance
Could be promoted to team leads
Could be part of the Management team based on the performance review of the first 3 months
Will be working with a team of interns from across the country from various schools.
