What You’ll Do
As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will be creating graphic designs in the sports and media merchandise space. You will assist with the development and design of core graphics, marketing collateral, print and digital campaigns, signage, web pages, social media, newsletters, sports marketing merchandise design, textile-related design, and overall corporate identity and brand. This position will require a vast understanding of creative strategy, strategic communication, and product knowledge. You will need to collaborate and communicate with your team on design concepts and content by working closely with the Directors and marketing team to design clear engaging graphic designs for specific players’/influencers’ merchandise.

We are looking for someone who is eager and wants to learn how to be a Graphic Designer as their future career goal. This individual must know how to work with ambiguity and know how to work with things constantly changing. You are always up for a challenge and want to grow through hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer Intern. This position is ideal for students and/or those who are looking to add-on more experience under their belt.
Successful Candidates Have the Following
Highly preferred interest in sports marketing merchandise design, fashion designing, and textile-related design
The preferred degree of study in marketing, advertising, graphic design, or a closely related field
Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other common design applications
Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
Ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively and professionally strong desire to enhance and develop a professional skill set
Organized with a passion for completing high-quality work
Ability to think outside of the box for creative solutions
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, self-starter, and energetic while working in a team atmosphere
What You’ll Receive
At the end of the internship, you:
Will be awarded a certificate after successful completion.
Will receive a $500 stipend and the potential for a $500 bonus along with a sales commission.
Will have the opportunity to gain a full-time position based on the performance of three semesters.
Could be promoted to team lead.
Could be part of the management team based on the performance review of the first 3 months.
Will be working with a team of interns from across the country from various schools and diverse backgrounds representing 10-20 leading schools in the country and abroad.
Will have regular and direct access to the management.
Learn entrepreneurial skills from business professors receive Mentorship and Learn team building.
